1998 F 53 fuel pump troubleshoot (update) Pace Arrow

Im trying to see if i have voltage to the fuel pump , I know its a fuel issue because it fires right up on starter fluid,this is the first time ive ever worked on this system,Im trying to find out how...

I got power thru the inertia switch, Looking at the harness around the tank to the pump, It's very tight under there can't seem to locate the wiring to the pump, Does anybody know what color the Hot wire is to the pump?Also how close to the front of the tank is the pump? Thanks for all the help!
