Probably because the question is too broad for any specific answers. It all boils down to what you are willing to pay, and what the seller is willing to take.
Without real specific details on the condition, it is hard for anyone to
render a reliable opinion.
It is 11 years old. You cannot finance it, in general 10 year old RV's are more difficult to finance.
It needs tires. so right there is about $2500 right off the bat.
I think you are going to have to make the decision on your own.
