2005 Holiday Rambler M 33PBD opinions

I am in Florida for the winter and started looking at short Class A's. Not really impressed with the ACE, FRS, Vista etc models, I am going to look at the HR Admiral on Thursday. The Forest River sales men is selling it for another customer. I am not familiar with the Admiral series but from what I can tell it has an Al skin riveted to Al channels which I assume is a hung wall(not bonded panels) and a one piece Al roof. It has a WH Chassis and I believe a 5 speed Alison trans?, I don't think they went to 6 speeds until 06. I assume that size is on the w-22 and I know about the brake recall. It has 62k miles on it and they are asking $39k OBO. Nada is $35k low retail. Has anyone owned one of these before and could speak to any know problems or quality in general? I assume they put some kind of sealant between to sht mtl skins before riveting any problem with leaks or corrosion at the seams or rivet heads ? are they flush rivets? The only issues I saw using the search function is soft kitchen floor in an 02, unknown leak under dash in rain and slight buckles in the Al skins in hot weather due to thermal expansion. Also by 2005 was the auto park problem solved? Thanks for any input you may have.

Thanks good to know I had a fair amount of trouble with my autopark system until I figured out how it worked. Does the WH trans have a parking paule or drum brakes on the end of the transmission?

I guess HR is not a popular brand. I thought some on here would know something about them.
