Nothing works with genset running, no 120 volts?
Did you try resetting the 120 volt circuit breakers by moving the handle to off applying a light pressure, then turning them back on?
Turn off all branch circuits first, then main breaker. Turn main breaker back on as described, then each branch breakers one at a time.
If this doesn't work, there is only one thing that is in common with the 120 volts and that is your transfer switch. Locate make and model. Some have fuses on the control board depending on the model.
Have you checked for fuses on the converter? Do you have a volt meter to check converter output?
Is yours a converter or an inverter/charger? Make and model?
