Not sure what year it started but I had the issue on a 2001 winnebago journey as well as our current 2007 Kountry star. The exterior material was replaced on our KSDP and a friend with a 2008 DSDP had his replaced at the same time. 2008 was the last year is what Newmar told us. The material was used by lots of mmanufacturers.
