You should be find. I have a 2006 Ford chassis and drag around a 98 Honda Accord. Lose about 1/2 a mile per gallon doing so. One thing to check is the chassis year. You could have a 2006 house built on a 2005 chassis. Isn't a problem but Ford did a few major changes between the years. Either version will get you up and over I70 west of Denver.
One thing to consider. The F53 chassis is rated to 26,000 lbs. combined weight. That's the weight of the coach (and all the stuff you can pack in) plus what ever you are towing. Since you're looking at a coach built on a 22,000 lbs. chassis if you should load the coach to it's maximum your towing capacity is actually only 4000 lbs. There's probably a built in safety margin but push the envelope too many times and you might punch thru. Stay with the 3200 lbs. Honda and there's nothing to worry about.
