There was big changes in Ford F-53 chassis during 2005, that motorhome you are looking at will either have the 04/05 chassis or 06 chassis, Ford never actually made a 05, I know it sounds weird but that is how Ford did the change in 2005..

So with that said is what you want is the 06 Ford chassis with the 30 valve higher HP and torque motor and 5 speed tow-haul trans, than you will have no problems towing even 5000 lbs with a 33 foot motorhome..
