part is available thru hwh. look up ap part number of jack in the parts manual. foot is listed as a separate part.
It cannot slip off unless the bottom "TIT" on the bottom of the piston has sheared off. When you have a HWH jack pad that has slipped, it will shear this "TIT" off. If so, you need to replace the complete cylinder. Without that "TIT" thru the center of the foot it will slide off again. IF BOLTED it cannot slip. If you are talking about slipping off a WOOD shim block, then forget this post. Doug
