- TrackrigExplorer IISince it's on a Freightliner chassis, the easiest thing to do is to call Freightliner with the VIN # in hand - they will want the last six digits.

If it doesn't have a hole in it, I wouldn't worry about it. My 2005 Excursion muffler is doing fine. If you put a new one on, it will probably look the same in two years from the exhaust heat.
Bill - Johno02ExplorerTry most any good muffler and exhaust shop. If they don't have it in stock, usually they can get it quickly. I needed an exhaust pipe, my local shop cut it off, bent a new one and had it back on and ready to go in just a few hours. And with a new stainless tip on it! Local shop with a truck bay.
