2009 Fleetwood Tioga automatic not working

I'm not trying to be a smart alec but there are about 372 posts regarding automatic steps not working. I post one and I know a lot about the Kwikee steps but needed some help.

What make and model steps and in what manner are they not working. Almost any post regarding posts from dougrainier, myself, or chris bryant will have your answer. My first thing to check is does the step light come on when you try to operate the steps. I check that just because it does not require doing anything with tools.

Tell us, is it stuck in or out, does it blow fuses. Does it try to operate and can you hear any noise? Do you have the manual for your steps? If they are Kwikee there should be trouble shooting direction on pages, pages 9, 10, 11.
