I’m in the process of trying to solve the same problem on a 04 Dynasty plus the horn doesn’t work. Could not find any blown fuses front or rear.

Found the fuse for the run lights with a 10A fuse on my 08 Navigator in the FRB. There is also a relay on the right side of the picture behind the plug with the brn-green-brn-orange wires for the parking/run lights.
