It looks to me like the downward slope on the front of the Leprechaun would cause the water to run forward and pool against the trim strip at E and F. My guess is that the water is coming in there.
If I were to try fixing the leak, I would remove the trim strip on top and seal the seam with Eternabond, before putting the trim strip back on. The Eternabond just needs to be wide enough to cover the seam, but not so wide that it sticks out beyond the edge of the trim pieces.
Looking at the Sunseeker, it seems a much better design. The roof has a curve to it that sheds all water off the sides and there is no downward slope on the front cap, water is not shed directly into the seam.
