Back in the 50's and 60's, we lived in mobile homes, starting w/ an aluminum Spartan and later one of the long wide 'stick-built' boxes. I recall lots of Kool-Seal in 5 gallon barrels. It was a silvery, tarry mixture. It sealed roof seams, but needed reapplications w/ time. The silvery rhino on that aluminum top RV reminded me.
