At one time, I purchased a set for our 05 Saturn Vue through Fleetfarm. Other Farm suppliers may also have them, or some Racing supply stores like Summit may. Like mentioned earlier, a good tire shop should also be able to help. On our 10 Malibu, I just put the TST sensor right over the factory stem and it is OK like that. Hope this may help.
