You extend the step cover and remove the mount screws to the motor track assbly. Doug

If the step cover is stuck retracted, you have to use brute strength to pull it out OR remove those 3 bolts on the backside by the genset to allow you to pull the cover out. If it destroys the motor, who cares. You are replacing it anyway.

There is no access door. You have to remove the step cover, then beside the genset on the back wall of the step cover compartment are 3 small bolts that hold the motor in place. Remove those bolts and the motor will come out. REAL FUN TO DO:B Doug
