No matter what is said here, you have a price point and if the Tuscany falls within your budget, telling you to look at other more expensive brands doesn't help.
Just make sure you're not seduced by a lot of bells and whistles. As an example....most RV's of that size will come with a large inverter. Many just look at the word inverter in the brochure and are satisfied. This is where the quality comes in. Is it a 2000 watt or larger brand name inverter like Magnum or Xantrex. Does it come with four batteries or six. These ar the small details that often get overlooked when they're throwing a bunch of gadgets at you. To sell a motor home for less than someone else, they need to cut back on certain things, like stove and microwave quality, engine size, independent front suspension versus straight axle. Side radiator versus rear radiator. Make sure you look at all of these key features and know what you're getting.
If you're looking at a Tuscany, they come with a 450 ISL. If you're looking at their shorter version, Tuscany XTE, it comes with an ISB, which is a motor that is way underpowered in a large motor home.
