- Sooner_SchoonerExplorerWe have a 2008 Tuscany and love it. I have looked at the XTE and thought they were very nice. First of all our Tuscany is Cummins powered, Allison transmission, and Freightliner chassis, some of the best tried and proven equipment out there. Any issues we have had were small such as the Norcold refrigerator, not Thor's fault.
You can look at ANY brand of motorcoach and somebody will have something bad to say either because they just happened to get one with issues or they are very hard to please. I'm not saying anything bad about Tiffin but some people love them and I also think they are nice. But my very good friend recently took his to the factory and stayed for a week getting repairs done. He said every bay was full every day with customer coaches. I can recommend Thor Tuscany, we love ours and we have met others who are happy with theirs. - spitfirepeteExplorerI have had two Thor Motorhomes: gas and diesel. Factory support was excellent and I had no major issues.
Buy the floor plan you like....I have friends that own Marathons and Libertys.....They are not immune to problems at a Million plus dollars. - EffyExplorer II

LOL. Don't worry, I'm not dying on that hill. - hankoExplorerhere we go again.
- Rwake901ExplorerJust traded off a 2014 Thor ACE. Other than some minor issues that I repaired myself we thought it was a great motorhome for the money.

You'll be disappointed going from a Winnebago to a Thor. Don't let the bling fool you, it's only skin deep.
Oh jeez. Tuscanny is a respected model and many happy owners. Granted a lot of the Thor line is entry level but the Tuscanny isn't one of them. - ApprovedAnonymousYou'll be disappointed going from a Winnebago to a Thor. Don't let the bling fool you, it's only skin deep.
