You may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. My brother bought a new 2014 Tiffin in summer of '14. He had a couple of small issues and Bob Tiffin called him back personally (switch on a slide-out).
I don't think Winnebago is immune to 'new coach' issues.
What kind of problems are you having with your new Phaeton?
