Usually, when a 100 or 200 system pump fails to activate, the solenoid on the Pump is defective. All the Joystick does is send a Ground signal to the solenoid. To check the pump, you jump across the 2 large terminals on the solenoid with a large screwdriver. If the pump runs the motor is GOOD. You then look at the 2 small wires on the solenoid. Test for 12 volt positive. Once that terminal is located. jump a ground wire to the other terminal. If the pump does not run , then the solenoid is bad. If it does run, then the ground wire from the Joystick is open somewhere(very rare). Doug
