Lucy, since you mentioned that it's not your first rodeo, driving a 45 ft. is really not any different than driving a 38 ft. motorhome vs. a 45 ft. The back follows the front.
The biggest issues is the height and width. As long as you have that down, it's easy peasy!
On edit, I just figured our new length.... coach is 45 ft., blue ox tow bar is 3 ft., Honda is 15 ft., so we are 63 ft. long.
