We've had two 45' MH's and have never had an issue with CG's, The Country Coach is a very nice MH. You'll love it. We had the MH's from California to Newfoundland and everywhere in between. Have had very few road issues and no CG issues. We also had a 40' MH and that and that was no different then driving the 45's. We're in our mid 60's and have many friends with 45' MH's in their 70's and 80's.
