50 AMP circuit breaker

I doubt whether it is a circuit breaker issue.
Disconnect the load side wires from the GFCI receptacle and see if it resets. This will show whether the problem is with GFCI receptacle or an issue down stream from it.

A weak circuit breaker/ what the heck is that? and what would that have to do with a gfi tripping
your story is so convoluted its impossible to figure this deal out on here
but you not knowing a thing about RV electricity.inverters,trasfer switches
etc just go get a RV tech and he will fix it in a heart beat

Took it home put it in. Nothing changed. I have current that runs right thru the temporary standard outlet but will not go thru a GFCI. Anyone know how to test for a weak CB like deandec sez it might be? He’s as close to solving this problem as anyone.

On my old Rig with a Freedom 25 inverter, the 110v power travels first to the Circuit Breaker Panel.

Then for the selected Inverter controlled circuits the 110v wiring goes to the Inverter.

From the Inverter, the 110v power goes to the GFI outlet (I only have one GFI located on the same wall as the CB Panel).

Since you have one GFI working and one GFI not working I would think you have 110v to the Inverter, but only one leg outbound to the working GFI outlet.

So the problem might be a weak GFI (which you have tested) or a weak breaker or circuit on the Inverter controlling that non-working GFI?

If you replace the problem GFI outlet with a standard 15a outlet, do you still have the same symptoms?

Verify that the inverter is turned on.
Unplugging other items from GFCI protected receptacles, could allow for the GFCI to reset if it is not resetting do to fault condition. That is if you have not checked the line side of the GFCI for power from the source whether it be from inverter or 120 volt AC distribution panel.

To enblethen ……244 and 122 at the breakers. All 50 - 30 - and 20 AMP breakers are on with 244 and 122 volts flowing thru.

I took the cover off the transfer switch. I had my wife start the generator while I am at the TS. I heard it “switch” and the green light came on. I shut the generator off ( already unplugged from shore power ). I turned the inverter on and I get no volts at the TS or CBs. I think we are getting zeroed in but the mystery to me remains why current flows thru the dining GFCI when the generator is on but not to the vanity GFCI ? Why no current to any outlets when plugged into shore power when all breakers read 244 and 122 ? TS is sending current to CB panel. Could the TS not switching to invert be the cause of all this?

your breaker is tripped on your inverter or your inverter is bad
I had to bypass my neigbours inverter because there was no flow through power when on shore power but I never tried it on gen power.As it turns out the 120V sensor was bad in the inverter
Do you have two 120V circuts flowing through your inverter or one?

Kinda hidden from view by the black cover is what looks like a 20 AMP fuse. It is white with 20 on it. I took the nut off it, but it didn't seem like it wanted to come out. I didn't force it. It has always been lose and didn't feel like it was anything to reset. It's always been that way.

One of the first things I did 3 weeks ago was unplug everything. ( the microwave, water heater, two on the fridge ). It didn't make any difference. The only things I didn't unplug were the front and bedroom TVs due to their un-accessibility.

you say you have no power? what does unplugging things have to do with finding out why there is no power or was that when u had power and was a simple gfi tripping

The small white 20 is the circuit breaker for the inverter. If it is tripped it would stick out about .5 inches. You do not need to remove nut. That is holding the circuit breaker in the case.
OP gave readings of across the main and to ground. Some rigs supply 120 volt refer power through the inverter, not many but some.
Rgatijnet1 gave some good info for the same inverter.

I have the same inverter as you do. If the transfer switch clicks(make sure this is happening) when you are hooked to shore power then it appears that you are losing power as it comes in to your coach. On the front or side of some Xantrex inverters(the D models) are THREE circuit breakers. The two lever type circuit breakers(may be on the front or side) control the power in to your coach and the single push button circuit breaker (the white one with the "20" on it)supplies power to the battery charger portion of your inverter.
The two lever type circuit breakers supply power to your main circuit breaker in your electrical panel inside the coach. There is also power that comes in to your coach that bypasses your inverter and goes directly to your AC and SOMETIMES to the microwave outlet and electric water heater.
Once the power goes through your inverter or if it bypasses your inverter, that electric is run through your main electric panel and routed out to the separate circuits managed by individual circuit breakers. It is unusual but circuit breakers do go bad.
You need to start at the beginning and check everything from the shore power pole on in.
