7500 Onan Quiet Disel fan replacement help needed

I have the gen out of the Bounder, I have the driver side panel off, the top off, and the front panel loose. how do I get in there to replace the fan? The old one was in pieces as the air filter housi...

Onan Help

Register..log in, the Shop Manual (Onan calls it service manual) is available for download, or someone will email it to you, good group. Thought I had it, but no joy. You are on the right track. The fan has one slightly offset hole, only fits one way so finger tight all bolts first when re assembling.

Looks real familiar...a place most folks never visit. :)

Good luck... and of course replace belt and other stuff you can only access with the cover removed.
