We have a Georgetown 378 and almost all the problems we have had have been with products made by suppliers that most of the other manufacturers also use. Forest River looked after everything under warranty after I took it to the factory. Making sure you have a good dealer is very important. I have gone through the plant and was impressed with the way they are built. The bottom line for us was that DW liked floor plan. I would by an other Georgetown but from an other dealer.
