Air Brake - Auto Parking Brake for Wheelchair Lift

How about fabricating a bracket for a switch to mount on the lift that is hooked to the ignition and powers a bright red light on the dashboard when the lift is down and ignition is turned on? Our Winnebago has a bright red light that illuminates if the leveling jacks are down and you turn the ignition key to on. Just be sure you mount the light in your line of vision when you are in the driver's seat. Are you worried the parking brake will release when the coach is unattended?
