AL-KO RBW slide assembly

I own a 2006 Georgie Boy Landau and I have been having problems with the main slide since the second year. The entire motor and assembly was replaced in Oct 2011. I have replaced the shear pins twice since then and this last time I noticed that the hole that goes through the square tube for the shear pin is becoming elongated. Any body else with Georgie Boy or RBW slide having issues? Could it be an allignment issue. Has anybody had AL-KO RBW work on their rig? I think that if the square tube was made out of stainless it would be stronger than just regular steel tube.

Any thoughts ?

    I rebuilt my large slide, gears, motor, etc.
    There is a joint were the drive tubes are there is holes in it to adjust. put in neutral and crank it in to adjust once the slide is
    equal against the side of the motorhome, thighten bolts. that should
    balance it The rbw sent me diagrams etc.

    I don't have any solutions, however as you described, there must be a bind in the slide, it's eating the mechanical parts of the system.
