Alignment Before or After New Tires ?
Going to get new tires in a few weeks. Going back with the same Michelins. Is it best to do the alignment before or after the new tires ? I've been told both ! Thanks.

- Do the old tires coming off show any abnormal wear??? Are you having any steering issues???
If both are no, do you really need an alignment?? - If not during, then as soon as possible AFTER.....Dennis
- I would have it done in a reasonable small amount of milage as possible after the new tires before they can develope any bad wear patterns.
- During would be great. But the truck shop doing the alignment to Newmar specs (their body shop..recommended by Newmar) is not set up for the tire operation. I've not been sold on the attention to details to Newmar specs by the tire shops.
- Seriously tho, if during is not an option, I'd do it after, and be sure the shop also checked those new tires for runout, wobble and not running true.
