Let's hope their attitude is better towards the customer than Navistar!!! I don't know if the new owner is more tuned into dealing with the ultimate customer/owner. Having dealt with the factory service center in Coburg after Navistar took over I can tell you that IMO they viewed the coach owner as an inconvenience.
