DW called Navistarrv today. Lets see first problem. Guy talked to wife about 15 or 20 minutes about owning a hay and cattle ranch in Wyoming because he lived in Wyoming for a while. Then transferred her to another person setting up appointments. She also had to know all about Wyoming. Last person said they just had a meeting this morning. nothing is going to change. WOW!! Guess that means the Navistarrv whiners are not going to be happy. Guess you could lie and say you are from Wyoming. We seem to be getting great service. They even made sure we knew they had a RV place with water and electric.
Interesting note. Once DW gave them last digits of vin they had all the info on the computer about our RV.
