I was afraid of that. I tend to look beyond things that I believe I can handle. I'm assuming the last owner just kinda let it go. I'm quite sure the person who spent $70k+ on this didn't neglect it. The thing was just moldy. Bleach & water handled that. If I had pushed on ANY walls & found them to be soft I would have backed out. All the leaks have been contained and as far as the delam is concerned- it's just unsightly & I will fix what I can. I'm sure as was mentioned I could part it out & scrap it for what i payed. But I'm more than willing to put the sweat equity into her.
I do thank u for the views from seasoned RVers. But this is my 1st and I'm already deep into transforming this turd into a nice coach. Obviously if I could have afforded one in better shape I would have. But then again I would be deprived of doing the project/ transformation
Where else can u really but your own home for $2000 bucks Hahaha
I really wasn't looking for an RV that I would be driving everywhere at 7 mpg downhill. ??
I'm on a mission and I enjoy the work. I eventually want to have people to have that look of disbelief when finding out how cheap I got it.
Or as u so far have informed me..... I'm delusional ??
