Am I out of my depth?

I don't discount anyone's knowledge here. Not at all and I'm thankful for the input but I'm not a that inept and I had the same situation with a boat a few years ago and that worked out well for me with my determination and skill set. I have NO intention to put a ton of $ into this thing. It will be a learning process. But I'm very confident in my abilities. Who knows after I pretty it up I may sell it for much more to someone more pathetic than myself LOL as for as huge costs go I think the biggest $ items would be a new fridge or just the tires. Not going to try to hard to fix the delam. A lot can be said for wax and paint and likely some new cheap fake wood laminate flooring. You will all see. I assure u. I'm not in it for much. And it's already a vast improvement for the state it was in when I 1st got it here I'm just pissed it's gotten so cold here it's kinda stalled my efforts
