Brand new and still under warranty? You better believe we would be talking to the dealership! The dealership is part of your support network. If they won't support a product they sell, that says a lot. I would be contacting the BBB as well and possibly Trailer Life's column on product satisfaction. If you got a loan for it, what does your lender advise or is this even a route? There are lemon laws for RVs. Google it and you will find a lot of helpful information. If you are not getting the satisfaction you are looking for by working with the manufacturer, then check into an attorney.
