Gosh this sure seems like something that can be worked out without the added expense of a lawyer.
As someone who has been in the Sales/Service of motorhomes for 37 years, IF someone can afford a $500k motorhome, they can afford $500 to have a Lawyer send a demand letter to both Lazy Days and the Manufacturer. Trust me, once they receive that type letter, things happen very quickly. For the GOOD. Doug
