Well, one issue may be that LazyDays is in south Florida and the OP looks to be in WI?? That is probably a 1500 mile trip back to the dealer for service. My guess is the OP is not willing to drive it back to Florida for the repair warranty work to be done. That said, LazyDays has no real obligation to go and get it??
Friends bought a new AC Tradition from LazyDays in October. We all live in central PA. They have had some issues and went back to Florida for a few weeks for some work to be done. They also bought it understanding that it's 1100 miles to Florida for repair work and only 600 miles to the factory for repair work. Knowing that they would need to go one place or the other to get it repaired.
Something with the OP does not add up here. . . . . . .
