Its not the idea that VoIP is bad. Its just that it is capable of having multiple layers of who actually uses the number. If you read the law enforcement section, they state that while they are more than happy to provide any information they have, it may not lead to the actual end user, because they sell to other resellers. They imply those other resellers may not be governed by the same laws that we are in the United States. So while VoIP is commonly used for brick and mortar businesses, it can also be used to hide the actual owners of a number.
Why do you say no doubt overseas because it's a VOIP? All of my work #'s are VOIP thru either Vonage or Comcast. My home phone is VOIP thru AT&T UVerse. - BumpyroadExplorer

Ok, lets make this more interesting. Doing a search on the phone number brings the current information on this number is VoIP, so no doubt overseas. The number is owned by Bandwidth.com, which is a seller of VoIP services to smaller companies who sell to the end user. So the end user is insulated by another layer of business or possibly multiple layers.

- DaveinetExplorerPhotos on Google Maps does not match the photos in the pictures. Their photo shows a entrance ramp near a freeway and open fields across the street. The address is in a heavily populated area with businesses on either side of the street.
Any time I have purchased from anyone, I've always done a search on the phone number to see if what ever they are selling shows up in their yard. Often times you can even find posts on forums about what ever they are selling, and discover the history. While the internet can sure set up a scam, it is also a great tool to protect yourself. - zman-azExplorer

Wow looks like someone high jacked the web-site, maybe waiting for calls to get deposits over the phone and when people show up they realized they have been scammed..
The scammers are always coming up with new ideas..
No website was hi-jacked, these people created their own website with similar name and copied stuff like phone number, address, ect from the real auto dealer. Feel sorry for the "real" dealership. - mikebreezeExplorerThose prices are good. If I'm ever near Lincoln, NE I'll check thrm out.
