Anyone else seeing ads now on the forum?

That's why I liked Woodalls rather than RV.net - lack of ads. Now we've got them. :(

Use an Ad Blocker.

To answer your question, yes the past few days these ads have appeared when they never appeared before. I had made no changes to my system that I know of.

Thought it was just me and I am working on blocking them.

Banner ads and side bar are probably based on your search history.. You see things they think you'd be interested in based on what you've read etc and you'd be very supervised to know it brings in a lot on a larger forum like this . Woodall site is no different than the others just a different access to the same content

Maybe, but it beats paying a subscription fee, which nobody wants.

Defeating the ads is a good way to deplete whatever revenue they do supply, so therefore I don't do that.

Ribbons on the top and middle of the page. Apparently GS partnered with Dish.
