Thanks to you all I mustered up enough confidence to place the order today. I plan to spend some time dropping a speaker and doing whatever I can to prepare. I have some concern that the Kingdome control wires may be pulled through a small hole at some point that I can't clear with the new cable. The distance I have to traverse with the control cables is about 5' lateral and then down. Maybe 7' all together. If I hit a snag I guess I can try to get everything in the entertainment cabinet.
Thanks again. I actually talked to two RV shops about doing the job. Problem is, they want to make the sale first and then charge for the installation. It was going to cost me about $1000 more than I am looking to spend by doing it myself, and it doesn't look that difficult.
