Anyone use the product "wipe new"?

I use it on my jeeps and it does work and last about a year. I have used it on the plastic lower valance below the front bumper, and that looks new. My question is however, my front fiberglass cap on the class C is dull, and I was thinking of trying to restore it with this stuff. I figure if would try to do just a small spot that you can't see first. I have already tried buffing, waxing etc.. Still dull.. Has anyone else tried it?

  • I have used WipeNew on our Jeep Liberty, on an area of an unpainted gray plastic fender where in a parking lot, someone scuffed it with their vehicle, a minor hit-&-run incident. The product seems to "etch" or melt the plastic back into like-new condition. Because our Liberty is garage kept, it has been lasting a number of years now.

If WipeNew is melting the plastic via a chemical reaction, it wouldn't be wise to do a whole motor home without first trying it in a small area you won't see, as you are planning.
