Auto Motions Shades

Question

We have Auto Motion Shades on the side windows in the front of our coach. These shades are like the ones when you pull down and let go they are suppose to go up, the problem I am having mine will not go up. There is a little wheel on the side that I turn to get them up but this is not the way they are suppose to work!

There are two wheels, one that regulates the speed at which they roll up and the other one regulates how far they roll up. If you have monkeyed with the distance wheel, you could have adjusted it so it will not roll up at all.
