I wish I could tell you how to turn the lights off. you might remove the fuses.
I know the auto park unit is located on the right side. However, the best and easiest place to release the park brake is exactly where I suggested. I have replaced the light switch (the gray one), the RGS (the green one) and rebuilt the actuator all of which are in the box on the right side of the motor home. When I had a freeze up on the road I released the system form the location on the left side of the motor home.
