The two relays are 1. battery disconnect and 2. relay to connect house and chassis batteries together for charging or boost in starting.
Disconnect the hot wire from the house battery and unplug from shore power. Check the large studs on both relays. The relay to connect the two battery banks will still have a hot lug because the chassis battery is still connected.
The relay with NO hot lug is the one you are interested in. Now, you can test the switch to see if it is passing power. If it is, you can test the relay to see if it is working.
