Bathroom remodel

I hope I'm in the right place. Basically, DW and I are large people. The sink is tight up to the toilet, and I can't use the sit down unless the bathroom door is open. I would like to remove the bathroom base cabinet (we never use that sink), plumb so the shower still works, and turn the toilet so we have a little more room. Can the toilet mount be turned to accomodate the mounting bolts on our Thetford toilet, and has anyone built a pedestal to support the sink (I don't think the walls would carry it without floor support)?

The Toilet Flange (shown upside down here) that screws onto the Black Tank has two sets of slots for Toilet Mounting Bolts.

Should allow you to mount at 90* from where it is now.

For mounting the Sink, I'm thinking cut the vanity top to a smaller size, then build a shallow plywood box under it, and tapered "legs" to support it down to floor level. You may be able to catch some of the house framing for support.

Thanks for the reply. I think I have a winter project.
