batteries
i have found group 31 batteries for a little over 100.00 each and they are 12 volt is this a good price for these and they will be going in a 2005 winnabago vectra with a 8.9isl engine

- With those readings, as long at they are after the batteries have been fully charged, you DO need new batteries.
Is your coach set up to keep the chassis batteries charged when on generator and/or shore power?
Deeply discharging batteries materially shortens their life. - they are for the chassie and i dont know the name of the battery what is a good brand to use the reason iam getting them is when i check i have 11.9 or 11.5 and when i start it goes to 14.1 and after i shut down it drop back to 11 something
- Is this for chassis or house batteries? I assume for chassis, and if so, it does sound like a good price. What brand?
BTW... my whole family (except for me) was from Wichita Falls....lived over on Broadway. Use to make the trip back every year to see grandparents, Aunts/Uncles/Cousins. Had two Uncles in Burkburnett and Mom and Dad were born in Petrolia and Henrietta. Haven't been back since the 60's.
Ron - It's a good price. Whether it's a good battery is questionable.
