Loose electrical wires can cause electrical fires, interruption in power as well as damage to the outlet with melted or singed parts due to increased heat.
As you can imagine in an RV the bouncing and moving may cause issues. After having issues with mine I went through the whole RV and changed from backstab to proper screwed anchor wiring.
