HMH jacks
Do you mean HWH jacks?
If so, correct stow procedure is to start the engine, hit "stow" AND MOST IMPORTANT-- DO NOTHING ELSE.
It will continue to bleed fluid back to the reservoir for a couple of minutes. If turned off by you, it can trap fluid in the lines.
And, check the fluid level (dip stick on the reservoir) with jacks stowed (but that is not the source of your alarm). - Amberlynn072ExplorerOnce parking break is released, within seconds it starts beeping.

In the picture of the pump is a sensor with 2 red wires, unplug the wires and if the beeping goes away...
That may not work... are you certain?
I remember trying this when my own system was being stubborn and it turned out to be opposite of what I expected.
Well, it might work, I simply don't remember.
