Interesting air density drag reduction observation above! I would never have thought of that aspect with respect to fuel mileage.
Also, regarding your pulling ultra-high passes in your V10 24 foot Class C ... I won't say anything so as to risk starting up yet another gasser versus diesel chest thumping discussion. FWIW, we've traveled no higher than about 9200 feet, but noticed no lack of power whatsoever up only that high.
