In our relatively small town we have three different types of places to purchase fuel.
Still have one service station that pumps your gas. When I say service station i mean a business that sells gas, changes oil, tires, wiper blades etc. A business that performs maintenance.
Two doors down is the type business that replaced service stations. A small overpriced mini mart that also will sell you gas if you want to pump it.
Other end of town near the interstate has the huge fuel plaza with snacks, drinks, coffee etc.
Full service comes with an additional 60 cents per gallon charge per gallon but manages to stay in business. SO there are those willing to pay for service.
