I agree that Bob took care of this quickly, but anyone who knows Mike Thompson RV, will know that they're a sleezy dealership. I think most RV dealers would have fixed the seat under a warranty claim, only Mike Thompson would try and charge. Knowing them, they would have charged you and then returned the seat as a warranty claim.
You didn't say, but did Mike Thompson charge you for the labor? If they did, I would call Bob back and let him know. I use to work near the Santa Fe Springs dealership and the few times I was in there, I felt like I needed a shower after talking to a salesman.
