BoB Tiffin "Standup Guy"

I heard about how Tiffin treats owners and ultimately bought one and I can stay in so many ways they are as good as the word about them. The only place you will hear complaints is on Tiffin owners forums. the great customer service is necessary to recover from some bad engineering decisions. We pulled into Red Bay for some minor repairs and first people we met after the campground office were the inspection crew. 15 minutes later they said we were going to have the diver side living room slide out floor replaced and the roof rails too as a "goodwill" task.

The slideout floor took 2 hours! and the roof rails took 4 hours in the rail shop and the same again in the paint shop. Thank you Tiffin Motor Homes.
