OH BOY. Brakes...on a F53. I had the same issue with caliper sticking. They didnt stick until unit was driven for a few miles got all warmed up and with light braking. To the point of where the coach would not free roll. Being mechanically profiecient, I cleaned, inspected, greased calipers.Only to have them stick again. Come to find out, the brake lines that come from the outside of the frame to the caliper, the rubber lines, once warmed up,would not let the brake fluid return. Therfor a sticking caliper. What a pain in the back to find the right brake lines!I Just happen to have the make and model of coach where 'Oh THATS THE YEAR Ford did a mid model change and your brake lines may not be available anymore'.I had to call the the manufacturer of the F53 to locate NATIONWIDE Ford dealers and warehouses get me the OEM parts. Dealer in New Mexico had the ones I needed. $125 EACH LINE. OKay..I need them both. New lines, new calipers, new pads and rotors turned. New fluid too!! I syphoned brake fluid tank because it looked like old grease from a deep fryer and the bottom or the resovoir had sediment in it. Its a good thing I did the labor! SO IT COULD be your brake lines!!
